On Friday 17th of May, over 35 people turned up at Dundee University for the performance by some of the forum theatre group. The Women’s Voices Project, lead by Dominique Barr as part of MECOPPs existing Gypsy/Traveller Carers’ Project, is a new project working with women in the Gypsy/Traveller community in Scotland.
Funded by the Scottish Government, this project will take an asset based approach to community development work within the Gypsy/Traveller community to help realise the aspirational goals of women in both civil and civic life.Read More
