Weekday evening rate is applicable 5.30pm to 9.30pm.
Weekend rate is applicable 9.00am to 6.00pm.
Charity and voluntary sector organisations receive a 10% discount.

Audio/Visual Equipment
We can provide an IT package consisting of: laptop (with PowerPoint), smart board, LCD projector, and OHP.
The price for half a day is £25, and £50 for a full day.
Videoconferencing
We can provide a videoconferencing service, for up to eight people, at £17.50 per hour.
