The Business Development Team is exploring new ways of securing resources for MECOPP's services to Black & Minority Ethnic (BAME) carers.
It is an exciting time for the newly appointed Team members as they strive to stabilise and grow the inflow of resources needed to run our services, eventually helping them to become more financially self-sustaining.
Staying true to the ethos of a not-for-profit organisation, yet at the same time adapting to the challenges faced by third sector organisations, we intend to develop some of our services so that they ultimately become Social Enterprise.
These may include such services as below:
MECOPP offers and range of formal and informal learning opportunities to carers. Please contact us to find out what course we have on offer.
MECOPP has a significant track record in delivering high quality and cost effective training to our statutory sector partners. We specialize in the area of 'cultural competency' to assist providers in making their services more accessible to Black and Minority Ethnic carers and service users.
